What To Know:
Buying & Selling Minis Made Easy!
We have worked hard to make it easy to consign, and secure a successful bid for miniature cattle at Elite Miniatures Online Auction.

Steps for Consigning:
- Pay a non-refundable $50 Consignment Fee to list your miniature cattle.
- Set the optional reserve price to protect your investment.
- Fill out the Consignment Form with all necessary details about the cattle. Include clear photos, video links, and any relevant documentation, such as registration certificates. Submitting veterinary reports is strongly encouraged.
- Each consignor will receive dedicated support from a personal Elite Miniatures Representative to guide them through the process and ensure their cattle are optimally represented.
Visit the Sellers Information page for more detailed information on consigning with us.
Post-Auction Process
- Elite Miniatures will initiate payment collection from the Winning Bidder, starting with a $500 Winning Bidder Deposit to secure the transaction.
- Once full payment is received, Elite Miniatures will deduct a 10% sales commission from the Consignor’s proceeds.
- Payment will be promptly forwarded to the Consignor.
- The Consignor is responsible for providing the original breed registration certificate and transfer form to the breed registry at the time of cattle pickup.
- If the animal does not sell, it can be listed in the Buy It Now section without an additional Consignment Fee. The same 10% sales commission applies for sales made through this program.

Requirements for Registered Bidders
- All bidders must pre-authorize a $500 Winning Bidder Deposit on their credit card before participating in the auction. This deposit ensures commitment to completing the purchase. If a bidder does not win, no charge will be made. If successful, the $500 deposit will be charged immediately and credited toward the final purchase price.
- In case of default by the Winning Bidder, the deposit is forfeited to the Consignor.
Easy Example:
- After the auction closes, the Winning Bidder’s $500 deposit is processed by Elite Miniatures.
- This deposit is applied to the final purchase price, which must be paid in full within three (3) days of the auction’s conclusion.
- If bidding occurs within five (5) minutes of the auction’s scheduled end, the auction will automatically extend by another five (5) minutes.
Responsibilities of Winning Bidders:
- Pay applicable sales tax or provide relevant documentation (e.g., a state sales tax exemption certificate or commercial shipper’s Bill of Lading) to avoid taxation.
- Settle the remaining balance (after the $500 deposit) within three (3) days via credit card, wire transfer, or check.
- Coordinate directly with the Consignor to arrange transportation of the cattle.
- Submit for updated registration certificate directly from the breed registry, not from the Consignor.
